Are you a local book fan? Do you want your books to magically appear within one business day? If so, our new local next-day delivery service is for you! For all in-store books shipping to Greater Victoria (including Oak Bay, Esquimalt, Saanich, Sidney, Langford, and Colwood!), just select “Surface Mail” during checkout and we will hand-deliver your books the following business day.*

Do keep in mind that special order and warehouse items have some processing time attached, so we can’t promise next-day service for those ones, but anything that’s actually on our shelves can be at your doorstep as early as tomorrow!

And of course, our free Pickup from Store option is always available – we’d love for you to come and visit us!

The most interesting (and rare) books in the store are housed in our vintage & collectable display cases. Exhibiting antiquarian treasures bound in vellum (dating back to the early 1600’s), leather-bound sets and vintage curiosities as well as modern first editions, signed and specialty copies our cases are always interesting! You can now check out some of the highlights of our cases on our website as well as learn about more of the vintage and collectable collections the store has to offer here.
