But don't worry, this isn't your average "damsel in distress" story, as our female heroines demonstrate that true strength is about wisdom, courage, kindness, and forgiveness.

The book serves as a guide to yoga for physical health and relaxation, with a story to help children learn while being drawn into an adventure. It also provides the guide (teacher, parent, instructor) with drawings and detailed information about each pose and teaching children how to do it. Included are safety tips to prevent injury.
